Pocono Garlic Festival at Shawnee
The Pocono Garlic Festival is this weekend at Shawnee – it runs on Saturday & Sunday September 4th and 5th from 10AM to 6PM.
Every year we try to go but have never made it, something always comes up – this weekend is Labor Day so we’re unable to make it again. My husband is a garlic lover so we’ll get there one of these years I’m sure!

A legendary local favorite! Now in its 16th year, this event will once again fill the Poconos with the aroma of garlic-y goodness over Labor Day weekend. Over 50 food and craft vendors will be offering everything from garlic vinegar and garlic ice cream to garlic-themed pottery and paintings. A showcase of local musical talent on 3 stages, educational demonstrations and plenty of children’s activities make this a great family event!
