I passed by the Red Lobster in Bartonsville today(although they list it as Stroudsburg on www.RedLobster.com) and saw the above sign posted outside. So to all those wondering, the Red Lobster in the Poconos is opening on January 18th, 2010. The next closest Red Lobster I believe is down in the Whitehall/Allentown area or up in Scranton.
