On Saturday, June 21th at 7:30 pm, Harmony Presents a Pre-WWII Folk and Americana band, Tumbling Bones. “The showmanship is off the charts. I first saw them at showcase, and after their phenomenal performance complete with tight harmonies, tap dances and rowdy string wizardry, all the booking agents in the room ran to them. It’s great to have them here with us in Hawley, PA,” says Jill Carletti, Managing Director of Harmony Presents. Tumbling Bones recently cracked the Top 10 on the Roots Music Report’s radio chart. They were also chosen as finalists for the extremely selective American Musicians Abroad program, funded by the U.S. State Dept.; a program which The Lumineers and Della Mae were selected for in years past. These bluegrass and pre-WWII folk songsters play a mix of original and traditional material infused with the infectious energy of the rock’n’roll they were reared on. “With nothing but acoustic instruments, tap shoes and voices, Tumbling Bones is enrapturing audiences all over the world, and this June 21st, they’re here with us!,” added Carletti.
Harmony Presents concerts and shows take place in the beautiful & historic Boiler Room at the Hawley Silk Mill located in the underground theater at 8 Silk Mill Drive in Hawley, overlooking the falls shared with Ledges Hotel.
