Dinner options include:
Wagyu Strip Steak – Grilled Wagyu Strip Steak served with caramelized shallots and shitake mushrooms, finished with a port wine reduction and Maytag Blue dauphinoise potatoes.
Jail Island Salmon – Fresh Atlantic Salmon poached in a tomato broth with an avocado and sriracha sauce finished with lemon-parsley fingerling potatoes.
Veal Chop – Grilled veal chop with a white balsamic glaze and served with lemon-parsley potatoes.
Lobster Tail – A 1/2 pound of Lobster tail , broiled with a truffle infused butter with Maytag Blue dauphinoise potatoes .
Rack of Lamb – Grilled frenched rack of lamb with a country mustard sauce and with lemon parsley potatoes.
