Harmony Presents kicks off three seasonally inspired concerts for the holidays starting off with Philly’s award winning WXPN favorite songwriter and frequent BBC featured talent, Lizanne Knott, over Winterfest weekend. Angelic vocals and captivating original songwriting, ornamented by popular holiday tunes is sure to soften a Grinch’s heart and turn audiences into Christmas pudding.
Later December concerts include “Winter’s Musical Melange” with world-renowned vocalist, Dorothy Stone on Friday, Dec 13th followed by the spell-binding Celtic repertoire of the Murphy Beds on Saturday, Dec 14th. The last holiday concert will conclude with one of Northeast PA’s favorite blues, rock and folk singer-songwriters, Mike Mizwinski on Saturday, Dec 21st.
These concerts take place in the historic Boiler Room of the Hawley Silk Mill located on the ground floor at 8 Silk Mill Drive in Hawley and shows start at 7:30 pm and end around 9:30 pm. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early for preferred seating. Cocoon Coffee House caters snacks, coffee, wine and beer on site prior to the shows and during intermission.
Tickets may be reserved at www.harmonypresents.com for $16 in advance online or purchased at the door for $20. Tickets may also be purchased in person at the advance price by visiting AMSkier Insurance at 209 Main Street in Hawley during regular business hours or at Waterpure stationed in front of the Mill Market inside the Hawley Silk Mill on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am – 5pm.
