On Friday, August 16th at 7:30pm, Harmony Presents welcomes Cricket Tell The Weather, an indie string band featuring bluegrass-inspired original music. Winners of the 2013 FreshGrass Award, Cricket is rooted in the bluegrass tradition, and expands to include rock, pop, and chamber ensemble elements. “This quartet’s voice carries a new spirit that explores a century of influences, owing as much to the traditions that inspired bluegrass to the journey that follows,” says Jill Carletti, Managing Director of Harmony Presents.
Harmony Presents concerts and shows occur every weekend in the underground theater of the Hawley Silk Mill, also known as The Boiler Room located at 8 Silk Mill Drive in Hawley. Doors open 15 minutes before showtime.
