The weekend of Friday, March 28th is packed with laughs, fantastic showmanship and some of the best nostalgic American Roots hailing from the Midwest. On Friday the 28th, Harmony Presents Chris Lamberth and Pheobe Robinson, two hilarious comedians with an uncanny ability to critique complex concepts in a sentence or two. Their combined experiences include sharing the stage with national headliners including Bill Burr, Louis C.K. & Chris Hardwick, writing for MTV’s Girl Code, being listed as one of “18 Funny Women You Should Be Following on Twitter,” placing in national Comedy festivals and being a finalist in NBC’s Stand Up for Diversity Competition.
On Saturday, the Americana Roots duo, “Red Tail Ring” masterfully renders traditional Appalachian tunes and original compositions while infusing each song with musical imagination, haunting harmonies and instrumental artistry. Jill Carletti, Managing Director of Harmony Presents states, “This collaboration is a true spark in the musical fabric of Old Time. Lovers of fiddles and tight harmonies shouldn’t miss this.” Having played many shows throughout the Midwest, and touring on both coasts, this is Red Tail Ring’s first venture to the Pocono Mountains.
Harmony Presents concerts and shows take place in the beautiful & historic Boiler Room at the Hawley Silk Mill located on the ground floor at 8 Silk Mill Drive in Hawley, overlooking the falls shared with Ledges Hotel. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early for preferred seating. Tickets for both shows are $16 in advance and $20 at the door.
