WHAT: Camelback Resort – Pennsylvania’s premier adventure resort – kicks off the summer season on Saturday, May 27, with Hometown Heroes Fire Muster, a community fire fighters’ appreciation and informational event in conjunction with Pocono and Jackson townships’ volunteer fire companies – bringing the community together to learn about these volunteer fire companies.
Antique apparatus owners are invited to enter their own apparatus into a competition. Refreshments will be available.
Camelback Mountain Adventures in full swing for Memorial Day weekend include: Sunbowl Tubing with one-hour sessions, 1,000- and 4,000-foot ziplines, PA’s only 4,500-foot steel-track Mountain Coaster and mountain segway and UTV (utility task vehicle) tours – an off-road photogenic adventure on mountainscapes and trail areas.
