Did you get fooled? Last week it we had a few 50-60 degree days and almost 70 degrees one day. It has been an incredibly and rather oddly 'calm' winter in the Poconos thus far. We got a bit of snow the day after Christmas - it wasn't that much but it caused a lot of traffic problems and hazardous driving.
