Press Release: A Songwriter For Lucinda Williams Fans
On Saturday, January 18th at 7:30 pm, Lucinda Williams, Patty Griffin and Gillian Welch fans will delight in the dark Americana and Western influenced songwriting of Caitlin Canty. Having gained wide-spread attention from folk-lovers and story-tellers everywhere, this utterly enchanting vocalist and songwriter will be sharing songs from her new album Golden Hour as well as unreleased tunes and covers from her duo Down Like Silver. Be ready, because this soothsayer will draw out secrets you thought lay dormant in your bones as she is accompanied by guitarist Anthony da Costa from New Country Rehab.
Harmony Presents concerts take place in the historic Boiler Room of the Hawley Silk Mill located on the ground floor at 8 Silk Mill Drive in Hawley. Audiences are encouraged to arrive early for preferred seating. Cocoon Coffee House caters snacks, coffee, wine and beer on site prior to the shows and during intermission.
